Beena is a gifted master coach, consultant and teacher. She is a thought leader who has advanced both the theory and practice of vertical development coaching. Beena is a practitioner who loves good theory and is adept at translating complex concepts into applicable insights, enabling deep learning. Beena brings 31 years of experience in facilitating human and organizational development. She is committed to designing and delivering exceptional learning experiences, and uses multiple frameworks and approaches in powerfully integrated ways to create a transformative growth process, at both the individual and the group level.

Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter is the creator of the MAP instrument and its assessment methodology.  She is VeDA’s strategic advisor and research director, safeguarding the standards of excellence in our assessment service. She is known worldwide for her seminal work in adult development theory. She has charted new territory in defining mature adult development. Since 1980, she has analyzed more than 11,000 MAP tests in more than 200 different academic and business contexts. Dr. Cook-Greuter’s theoretical work forms the foundation for VeDA’s approach to enabling transformative leadership. 

Britta Covert is the MAP Operations Coordinator for VeDA. Britta has served as a communications coordinator in a  previous role and  was responsible for social media management. At VeDA, Britta coordinates various aspects of programs, supports document creation and design, and brings her experience in visual media design and music creation to producing VeDA’s audiovisual content.
